Repair, Build and Transformation include 30-day defect cover after acceptance for defects in the delivered agreed work. Transformation cover applies per accepted phase. Changes to requirements or source data are excluded. Covered work is free and does not use a care allowance.
If a project is cancelled, completed work and unavoidable costs are itemised. Surplus payments are credited or refunded, with handover of paid work. There is no blanket non-refundable-deposit rule.
