Website and project terms.

Website information is a guide, not a final project contract. The written proposal sets agreed scope, price, dates, deliverables, access, acceptance and any project-specific terms. No VAT is currently charged; Excel Analytics is not VAT registered.

The £395 Business Reporting Review is paid 100% upfront, only where detailed investigation is needed. Its fee is credited once against the resulting project accepted within 30 days. Repair: 50% at start and 50% on acceptance. Build: 40% at start, 40% ready for testing, 20% on acceptance. Transformation: priced phases and milestones. Care is paid in advance.

Inspect and test before paying the final balance. After payment you receive final editable files, documentation and agreed source/access; paid phases are handed over separately. Your original data and accounts are always yours. Reusable tools and third-party licences/rights are separately identified; there is no provider lock-in.

All three delivery routes include 30-day defect cover after acceptance, limited to defects in the delivered agreed work. Changed requirements or source data are excluded. Transformation cover runs per accepted phase. Covered work is free and does not consume a care allowance.

Scope, price or timing changes require written approval before work. Cancellation charges cover completed work and unavoidable costs, itemised for you. Credits or refunds apply to surplus paid amounts, with paid-work handover. There is no blanket non-refundable-deposit rule.

Project-specific delivery walkthroughs are included; standalone training is separate. Synthetic or genuinely anonymised material is the default for AI-assisted work. Protected client material is used with AI only with written authorisation and the required processing arrangements. Project-file access and handling are agreed separately.
