How we use consultation enquiries.

Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services are suitable, arrange a consultation where requested, and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and taking steps at your request before a potential contract.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is needed for a contract or legal obligation. We use Cloudflare to protect and deliver the form and our business email service to receive your enquiry. We do not sell enquiry information.
Your choices and rights
Providing a budget range is optional and entirely at your discretion. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to our use of your information by contacting us. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Keep it appropriate
Please do not send confidential client data, passwords, special-category personal data, or files through the consultation form. We will agree a secure route for any client materials if a project proceeds.
Updates
We will update this notice before introducing a material new use of personal information. The current version is always available at this address.
Online appointment booking
When you book a consultation, your selected appointment time and contact details are sent to Microsoft Bookings to check availability, create the appointment and send booking communications. Other calendar appointments and private calendar details are not shown to website visitors.
Cloudflare provides bot verification, request limits and short-lived records to prevent duplicate bookings. These records may include your email address and chosen appointment time, and are removed by scheduled cleanup within approximately 48 hours. IP addresses are converted into keyed hashes for temporary abuse controls rather than retained as raw addresses in this booking service. This does not replace Cloudflare's own processing under its service terms.
Website Preview submissions are validation tests only: they do not create appointments or send confirmation emails. Please use the live website for a real booking.
Website storage and optional analytics
No optional visitor analytics provider is currently connected by the website code. Formula Lab edits stay in page memory and are not uploaded or saved by the learning tools. Requested theme preferences and the versioned 90-day optional preference use browser storage. Functional hosting, map and booking/security services receive network requests; this is separate from optional analytics and may involve personal data.
See the cookie and storage policy for the inventory, service dependencies and ways to reject or withdraw optional use. Adding a provider or changing purposes requires an updated notice and fresh consent.
Client material and AI-assisted work
Synthetic or genuinely anonymised material is the default for AI-assisted work. Protected client material is used only with written authorisation and the required processing arrangements. We agree project-file access, sharing and handling separately before using client materials; please do not put confidential files or data in the enquiry form.
No particular AI provider or legal certification is claimed. Provider selection, retention, access and any required processing arrangements must be confirmed for the project.
