Yes. The 20-minute consultation is a fit conversation, not a full technical diagnosis or a paid delivery service.

No. The Business Reporting Review is used only when detailed investigation is needed. You keep its written recommendation, action plan and proposal. It is paid upfront and credited once against the resulting project accepted within 30 days.

Repair restores one agreed existing report or tool without new features or redesign. Build creates one new report or business tool. Scope and feasibility are agreed before work.

No. Repair £995–£2,995 and Build £1,750–£7,500 are indicative guides, not hard caps or claimed market averages. Larger work is separately quoted. Transformation from £10,000 is a provisional starting guide. No VAT is charged; Excel Analytics is not VAT registered.

Connected reports, data, semantic models and agreed internal workflow or business-web-app feasibility. It is not an ERP replacement or unrestricted enterprise integration. Phases, scope, price and dates are agreed first.

30 days after acceptance for defects in delivered agreed work, excluding changed requirements or source data. Transformation cover applies per accepted phase. Covered work is free and does not use monthly care time.

The review is paid 100% upfront. Repair is 50% at the start and 50% on acceptance. Build is 40% at the start, 40% when ready for testing and 20% on acceptance. Transformation uses priced phases and milestones. Care is paid in advance. Inspect and test before the final balance. Final editable files, documentation and agreed source/access follow payment, with handover for paid phases.

Yes. Your original data and accounts remain yours. Reusable tools and third-party rights are agreed separately; there is no provider lock-in.

For eligible Repair and Build: one monthly review, troubleshooting and small improvements within three total hours including the review. Initial response within two working days, not guaranteed resolution. Unused time does not roll over; either party can end care with 30 days’ notice.

New reports, substantial changes, integrations and standalone training are separately quoted. Extras require written approval. Licences, hosting and AI usage fees are separate. Larger care plans have fixed monthly scope and price; Transformation care is agreed in the proposal upfront.

Price or timing changes need written approval before work. Cancellation charges are itemised completed work and unavoidable costs, with credit/refund of surplus amounts and paid-work handover—not a blanket non-refundable deposit.

A separate Excel Training offering is coming soon; no course pricing, booking or AI-training launch is offered yet. Project-specific delivery walkthroughs remain included.

Synthetic or genuinely anonymised material is the default. Protected client material requires written authorisation and the required processing arrangements. We agree project-file handling separately; do not send confidential material through the enquiry form.

No. Necessary navigation, requested theme, learning and booking/security features remain available after rejection. No optional analytics provider is currently connected. Manage or withdraw your optional preference from the footer.
