Policy version: 2026-10-11-v1-no-provider. This notice describes the code included in this website package. Hosting and third-party security processing also apply; it is not a claim that visits generate no personal data.
Your optional choices
No optional analytics or profiling provider is currently connected by this website code. No choice, rejecting optional use or selecting only essential functionality leaves optional tracking disabled. Accepting optional use records a preference only and does not activate a tracker. We will identify the provider, purposes and data before adding optional analytics and request a fresh choice when that purpose or policy changes.
The consent preference does not cover advertising, identity matching, device fingerprinting, enquiry content, workbook data or formula inputs. Essential site navigation, learning tools, theme selection and requested booking functions work without optional analytics consent.

The 90-day interval limits how long an old choice is relied upon while avoiding the same question on every page. Clearing browser site data resets the choice. If storage is unavailable, the preference works in page memory only and may be asked again on navigation. A changed provider or purpose requires a changed notice version and fresh consent; old consent must not be reused.
Functional external services
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. The consultation form loads Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and sends requested booking information through the existing booking service to Microsoft Bookings. These requests can expose network and browser information to those services. They are not visitor analytics and are not enabled by optional analytics consent. Exact provider-side storage and server-log retention have not been verified by this local package audit.
The Moon Energy map requests OpenFreeMap map styles, tiles, fonts and icons from tiles.openfreemap.org. The server receives normal network requests, including the connection IP address. Map assets may be cached by your browser. Map selections use fictional data and are not sent as optional analytics by this code.

Change or withdraw
Use “Manage preferences” in the footer to reopen the choice, or “Withdraw optional consent” to reject optional use immediately. Withdrawal stops the optional consent gate; it does not remove the theme you requested or disable functional learning and booking features. No active optional analytics service is installed in this release.
